The Existing Eastern building of 106 Boston Post Rd, known to residents as the Waterford Pharmacy, has been entirely demolished with the excption of NAPA. Two existing buildings have been fully abated by Environmental Group Inc, and the third has been occupied by Red Rooster Construction Co. Inc. for use as a temporary on site construction management office. All utility shut off's have been confirmed for demolition of Western building.

A. Urbano Construction has been selected as the site contractor. Urbano has completed the construction entrance and intstallation of hay bails and silt fence. Urbano is half way through complete demolition.
