Red Rooster Construction has framed 3/4 of the retail building exterior light guage steel walls and all x-braces have been tack welded to the framing. Red Rooster has also begun framing CVS.

IMTL has inspected Erection and welding's column plumb and bar joist welds on CVS.

Erection and welding are currently finishing their moment connections and working on the canopy of retail.

Central CT Fire Protection, Earth Tech, and a Waterford Fire Inspector conducted a flow test on the hydrants on Miner LN today.

Beacon Electric has laid the fire/telephone/and cable conduit under CVS and has had inspection by the Town of Waterford.

A Urbano Construction has had their initial inspections on the first retaining wall. They have laid and back-filled five courses of block.
