Urbano has poured all sidewalks surrounding the building and begun parking lot islands and dumpster pads.

Domestic water has been turned on to both buildings.

Fire Hydrants have been flushed and Central Connection Fire Protection have built their riser in CVS. The Fire Marshall has pressure tested the system.

Rennaissance Stucco has about 2 weeks left of EIFS work until they are 100% complete on both buildings.

Grass and trees have been planted beneath the retaining wall and the majority of irrigation lines have been ran.

Beacon Electric is near completion of last minute CVS electrical changes.

Strategic Flooring is installing CVS carpet and VCT today.

Stanley has installed CVS entryway doors.

Caplow Mechanical has installed gas lines to starbucks, CVS and the rest of retail. Meters have been placed on CVS and Starbucks.
