Dens Glass is 3/4 complete on the retail building.

Hop River Concrete has poured, sealed and saw cut the slab in CVS. The elevator pit frame and fire riser bollards were installed with the pour.

Beacon Electric has installed all panels in the retail building and has pulled cable from both transformer pads to the switch gear on both buildings. The Waterford electrical inspector has inspected the system and will be giving the go ahead to CL&P to schedule transformer delivery

A Urbano has started installation of sewer lines and structures. The Vortex separator was installed and the storm drainage system is near completion.

IMTL has been on site to do independent testing of slab rebar, slump, flatness and level testing, etc. in CVS.

The Waterford building official has also been on site to inspect underslab insulation.
