Derita and Son Construction have excavated 50% of parking areas to stable soil and brought to pre-asphalt grade with stone.

The old drainage running diagonally through the building footprint has been capped and abandoned. Existing drainage has been reconnected and drainage lines from two of three new catchbasins has been connected.

Excavation for footings has begun with subsoil inspections by IMTL. 3/8" stone has been placed and compacted to footing grades for the Eastern Wall.

Topsoil and overburden has been removed from site.

Construction trailer has been delivered to site and temporary power pole has been installed by Beacon Electric.

AT&T has connected temporary phone,fax, and dsl to the pole.
